RENSSELAER Mary A. (Ashley) Wilson, 81, formerly of Washington St., Rensselaer, died at her son's residence in Ravena Wednesday, October 12, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Canaan, N.Y., she had been a resident of the Capital Region for many years. Mary was a homemaker. Predeceased by her husband, H. David Wilson; her parents, Martin and Isabelle (Crawford) Ashley; and a brother, John M. Ashley. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Ron) Dean, Mary (Leon) Dooris, Robin (Tim) Rowe, Christine M. Wilson; her sons, Robert (Ruth) Wilson, Jessy (Beth) Wilson, Daniel (Deborah) Wilson, Martin (Nona) Wilson; also survived by 34 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral 9:00 a.m. Saturday from the Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpk., Rensselaer, N.Y. Friends may call in the funeral home Friday from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush, N.Y. The family has requested that those who wish to remember Mary make contributions to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205 in her memory.
