AIKEN, S.C. - A funeral Liturgy for Mr. Martin N. Hendrick will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 11am at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Aiken. Interment will be private. George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Avenue, SW, Aiken is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC, 29210 - 1790. Mr. Hendrick, 68, of Aiken, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at his residence. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Martin N. and Dorothy Fetter Hendrick. He moved to Aiken in 2006 from Montville, NJ. He was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Marty loved to play golf. He is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Groon Hendrick; daughter, Millisa (Chris) Campisi, Levittown, NY; stepson, J. Scott Moller, Rochester, NY; stepdaughter, Michelle (Jeff) Barman, New York, NY; sister, Adelaide Brewster, St. Petersburg, FL; brothers, James T. (Cyd) Hendrick, St. Pete Beach, FL, Robert F. (Tyna) Hendrick, Wesley Chapel, FL; granddaughters, Talia Campisi, and Kristina Campisi. He was predeceased by a son, Paul T. Hendrick.
