MARTHA MILLERSMITH, 94Red and Jerry Smith Marine LAKELAND - Mrs. Martha Miller Smith, age 94, passed away on May 20, 2010 from natural causes. Born in Morrisvillle, NY, she lived many years in Fort Wayne, IN, moving to Lake Wales in 1956. She was co-owner of Red and Jerry Smith Marine of Lake Wales. She is a member of Victory Assembly of God in Lakeland. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Lee Smith. She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Furman "Red" Smith and daughter, Darlene Smith (Jule) Dean of Bartow; four grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and one sister Pauline Howard of Fort Wayne, IN. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Victory Church, 1401 Griffin Road, with services at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
