Martha Morgan Manning, 85, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007. Born April 29, 1922, in Iva, she was the daughter of the late John Reese and Zeola Kelly Morgan and the widow of Milton Edison Manning. A beloved mother and grandmother, she lived her later years in Columbia and Greenville. She had been a member of Union Baptist Church, Iva, and Capital View Baptist Church, Columbia. Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Richard Street and Edie and Steve McFaddin; four grandchildren, Matthew, Katie and John McFaddin and Emily Street; and brothers, John R. Morgan Jr. and Carroll Anson Morgan. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Union Baptist Church, Iva, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McDougald Funeral Home, Anderson.
