Mrs. Marjorie Coleman Smith, 92, of 103 Green Ave., passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, at Laurens County Hospital.Born in Fountain Inn, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Samuel Lewis Coleman and the late Mary Caroline Sprouse Coleman. She was a graduate of Winthrop College in Rock Hill, S.C. Mrs. Smith was a teacher and librarian at Hillcrest High School for 20 years. Mrs. Smith was a member of First Baptist Church of Fountain Inn. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Smith Sr.; two brothers, Broadus and Bill Coleman; and two sisters, Agnes New and Jean Huff.Survivors: a son, Walter H. "Buzzy" Smith of Fountain Inn; a daughter, Caroline S. Sherman of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Mary Caroline Siddall and Elizabeth Prodan; and two great-grandchildren, John Christopher Siddall and Elizabeth Claire Siddall.Special thanks to Marian Smith and Frances ColemanFuneral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Nov. 23, 2005, at First Baptist Church of Fountain Inn, with the Rev.
