RIEDEL, Marjorie Ruth (nee Stuart) - Passed away at age 93 on Friday, December 19, 2008. She was born on March 21st, 1915 in Brantford, Ontario and had been a resident of Versa Care Nursing Home for the past few years. She was predeceased by her husband Bob Riedel (2001) and by her two sons, Ralph Henry Rickwood (2008) and Robert David Rickwood (2005) and by her sisters May Cooper and Jean Ward. She is survived by her sisters Doris Darville and Marion Safko along with several nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by grandchildren from her son Ralph and her daughter-in-law Marie Rickwood of Nanaimo, B.C. namely: Rory, Michelle, Derek, Kellee, Roanne and Jill, and also her grandchildren from her son Robert and daughter-in-law Norma Lynn namely: Keri Lynn and Tracy Lynn along with great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Marjorie had made her home in both Woodstock and Brantford during her lifetime. Her quality work as a housekeeper was appreciated by all those who employed her. Friends will be received at the DENNIS TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford from 12 noon Tuesday, December 23, 2008 for a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1 pm.
