MARJORIE PRIMROSE ANDERSON AURORA - Marjorie Primrose Anderson, 89, of Main Street, Aurora, NY died Wednesday, August 6, 2008, at her home. Mrs. Anderson was born in Elkridge, MD, the daughter of the late Donald L. and Marjorie Phelps Primrose and has resided in Aurora for the past 5 years. Prior to that, she lived in Seattle, WA, Irvine and Newport Beach, CA. She attended Washington University, was a member of the Seattle Junior League and a founding member of the Orange County California Junior League. In addition, she was a lifelong member of the NHYC, a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and recently a member of the Church of the United Ministry of Aurora. Surviving are one daughter, Carolyn Anderson Connors and her husband, Alan of Aurora, NY; one son, Stephen P. Anderson of Missoula, MT; six grandchildren, Erin Connors Johnson and her husband, Dennis of Red Hook, NY, Bradley David Connors of Asuncion, Paraguay, Sarah A. Price and her husband, Tim of Bart, MD, Rachel E. Anderson of Toronto, Canada, Emily A. Danich and her husband, Marcus of Bozeman, MT, and Daniel Edmund Anderson of St. Paul, MN; and three great-grandchildren. Her husband of 56 years, Edmund "Ned" G. Anderson, who died in 2002 and brother, Donald L. Primose, who died in 1995, predeceased Mrs. Anderson. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, which will be Friday, August 8, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of the United Ministry of Aurora with the Rev. Robert Hugh French officiating. The family will receive friends in the Church Parlor immediately following the service on Friday Morning. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Aurora Volunteer Ambulance Fund, Aurora, NY 13026, in memory of Mrs. Anderson. The Shakelton Funeral Home of Aurora is in charge of arrangements.
