MacDONALD _ Marjorie (nee Thompson), 1913 - 2004, peacefully on 17th January. Predeceased by high school sweetheart and husband Stuart in 1976, siblings Jack, Irene (Bob), Colin (Xesia). After early life in Vancouver, she raised her family in New Westminster where community service included the Auxiliary and Board of Royal Columbian Hospital. Advancing years prompted her move to Nanaimo in 1991 near her daughter's family, returning with them to Vancouver in 1996. Louise and Brian Corrall, and grandchildren Ian, Alison, Brent, and Jane will dearly miss "Grammy"; her unconditional affection was the reward of their close relationship. A great gift to her family was her valiant acceptance of the inconveniences of illness and advancing years. Our appreciation and sincere thanks go to all the caring staff at Point Grey Private Hospital. Survived also by Stuart (Judy) MacDonald, Tracey, Karrie, Crystal, and extended family. Memorial tea and celebration, Saturday 24th January at 1250 Connaught Drive, Vancouver, at 2pm.
