Marjorie B. Johnson, age 82, of Crystal River, Florida, died September 27, 2008, at the Hospice House in Lecanto, Florida. She was born on October 17, 1925, in Triumph, IL, to Dorothy (Worsley) and Everett Sturgeon. She moved to Citrus County in 1978 from Hinsdale, IL. She was a retired hair dresser and a member of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Jack Durham 10/1/1993; brother, Jerry Sturgeon 9/25/07 and Grandson, Mark Durham 5/20/96. Survived by her husband, Clark R. Johnson of Crystal River, FL; one son, Paul R. Durham of Wheaton, IL; two daughters Kathleen Brainerd of Mountain Home, AR and Patricia Wazny of Downers Grove, IL; three sisters, Barbara Cobb of Williston, FL, Carol Rossi of Joliet, IL and Susan Sturgeon of Tallahassee, FL; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Memorial services were held yesterday, September 30, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto followed by a balloon release by the Eternal Ascent Society of Crystal River.
