ZOLFO SPRINGS -- Mr. Marion "Jack" Frank Williams of Zolfo Springs, who has family in Polk County, died of heart failure Sunday (Feb. 29, 2004) in Sebring. He was 66.Born in Dothan, Ala., on April 19, 1937, he lived in Fort Meade before moving to Zolfo Springs. He was an engineer for Estech. He was an Army veteran.Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Roberta "Robin" Williams; mother, Ruby Inez Williams, Bartow; sons, Robert Kenneth Williams, Wauchula, Timothy James Williams, Arcadia, Adam Wade Williams, Zolfo Springs; daughters, Jackie Laverne Parker, Michigan, Martha Elizabeth Knight, Jacksonville; brothers, Victor Lamer Williams, Wauchula, Melton Williams, Goose Creek, S.C., Johnny Ray, and Ricky Lee Williams, both of Fort Meade; sister, Donna Hancock, Bartow; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Robarts Family Garden Chapel, Wauchula.
