ROWE COOK Marion-Elizabeth (nee Cook). R.N., W.P.G.M. Wife of the late Capt. Cecil Rowe, mother of the late George, sister of the late George Cook, Jean Cook, Margaret Harbert. She died peacefully at the age of eighty-seven, on January 13, 1999 at Knowlton House Nursing Home, after having fought a courageous battle with surgeries and strokes. Marion is survived and deeply cherished by her son Gordon (Susan), sister-in-law Pat Cook, brother-in-law Syd Harbert, daughter-in-law Joyce Langstaff (Del) and eight grandchildren, Jeffrey, Bradley, Gregory (Kim), Lori Flynn (Paul), Gordon (Denise), Beverly Stambaugh (Steve), Christopher (Cathy), Carolyn Turner (John), and two great-grandchildren Alexandra and Jordan Flynn. Marion was a great lady and admired by many. She had a lot of spunk, wit and intellect. We will all sadly miss her. As per Marion's wishes, a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
