Marion Bell Walker, 88, of Panama City, FL went home to be with the Lord, December 4, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born in Atlanta, GA on August 8, 1925. Her family moved to Westville, FL then to Panama City, where she married George M. "Buddy" Walker. She is preceded in death by her husband, George M. "Buddy" Walker; her mother, Eunice J. Bell and her father, Clyde Bell. She is survived by her son, Greg M. Walker and daughter-in-law, Michelle; granddaughter, Lacy N. Fettig (Brady); two grandsons, Kristofer M. Walker (Bailey) and Kory M. Walker (Christina); five great grandchildren: Christian, Madison, Krystal, McKenzie and Karson. Marion was an Assembly of God minister for 65 years. Her love and passion was her Sunday School Class and her prison and jail ministries. Her hobbies were fishing and loving and nurturing her animals. A special thank you to the following: Dr. McKenzie, Dr. Moriarty, Dr. Merritt, Dr. Wadhera, Dr. Jones and the staff of Covenant Hospice. Services will be held at Callaway Assembly of God Church. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 7, 2013 and the services will begin at 11:00 A.M. with interment following at the Callaway Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kris Walker, Kory Walker, Brady Fettig, Leo LaBorde, Chuck Childers, Dale Langford, Jimmy Blankenship, and Michael Blankenship.
