MANELLA, Marie - Suddenly on Thursday April 17, 2008 at the St. Catharines General Hospital surrounded by her loving family at 82 years of age. Marie was the beloved wife of Dee Manella. Dear mother of Donnie (Liz), Brian and Donna (Joe). Cherished grandmother of Darrin, Sharon, Brad (Wrae), Candace (Joel), Joey (Deanna) and great-grandson Nicholas. Loving sister of Mary (Bob), Bill (Rose). Predeceased by her parents Bill and Lena Harding, sisters Ruby Goodfellow and June Worden, brother John Harding and grandson Michael Manella. Special thanks are extended to the staff at the Welland and St. Catharines General Hospitals. Special thanks to nurses Cindy (Welland) and Christine (St. Catharines) of the ICU Units. Marie's family will receive friends at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES 5917 Main Street, on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday morning at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church.
