TAUNTON -- Marie B (Doto) La France, 87, a resident of Taunton since 1966., died Thursday, Jan 4, at home, surrounded by her loving children. She was the wife of the late Lionel J. La France.She was born in Newark, N.J., daughter of the late Gerard and Anna (Cosenza) Doto. She graduated from Nutley High School in New Jersey.Mrs. La France was a communicant of Annunciation of the Lord Church.She enjoyed painting, sewing, dancing and was active in the Senior Citizens Groups.She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Denise and Jeffrey Sawyer of Windham, N.H., Allison Foley and her fiancé, Alan Greenberg, of East Taunton, and Andrea and Michael Mendes of Westford; a son, Neil La France of Dighton; her grandchildren, Jeannine Foley, John Foley, Andrea Foley, Keil La France, Richard Bonito, Austin Mendes and Connor Mendes; her twin sister, Claire Natale of California; a brother, Eugene Doto of Florida; as well as several nieces and nephews.
