Marie A. Coleman Hoffmanformerly ofNew Milford, Pa.Marie A. Coleman Hoffman, 94, formerly of New Milford, Pa., passed away Thursday, February 15, 2007, at Barnes-Kasson SNF, Susquehanna, Pa. She was predeceased by her second husband of eight years, Howard Hoffman; by her first husband of 39 years, Nelson Coleman; and by two brothers and a sister, Herbert Hall, Ross Hall, and Anita Faye Hall. Marie is survived by a brother, Perry Hall, Binghamton, N.Y.; a sister, Doris Florance, formerly of Hallstead, Pa.; and by many nieces and nephews. Marie was a member of New Milford United Methodist Church, where she was Secretary of the Sunday School for many years and held other offices in the church. She was also a member of Rebekah Lodge 189. She spent many years helping the Indian Missions in Arizona. For 24 years, she managed the local A & P and was a receptionist in Dr. Horton's medical office. She enjoyed traveling and was an avid fisherman.A funeral service will be held at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, 5 Susquehanna Avenue, Hallstead, Pa., Tuesday, February 20, 2007, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Joyce Allen officiating. Interment will be in Harford Cemetery. The family will receive callers at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the start of the service.
