(Parmelee) Parr Frederick, 76, of Binghamton, God had gained another Angel and went to be with the Lord on February 4, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Parr and William J. Frederick and several siblings. She is survived by her loving family, five daughters, Deborah and William Beaman, Jean L. and Ernest F. Washington Sr., Shari L. Parr, Pamela J. and Kevin Slavick, Kimberly M. Parr; two step-daughters, Kelly and Gary Sweet and Renee and Phil Carmen; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; seven siblings, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. She enjoyed time spent with family and the yearly family reunions. She will be remembered for her wit, sarcasm and the daily phone calls she made to her daughters. The family wishes to thank her special caregiver, Thu Pham who has been with her since 2002. A funeral service will be held on February 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson, NY. With Pastor Randy Eliason officiating.
