SYLVESTER, Margaret Amanda (Gillis) Nee Juckes 1938-2010 After a courageous battle with cancer and surrounded by her family, Margaret Sylvester passed away peacefully on January 30, 2010 at the age of 71 in Red Deer, AB. Margaret can now be laid to rest beside her late husband Bernie Sylvester (1996). She is also predeceased by her father Gordon Juckes (1994) and granddaughter Stephanie Gillis (1995). Margaret is survived by her mother Clara Juckes (Thompson), brothers Gordie Juckes and Donnie (Linda) Juckes, sister Heather (Dave) Jeroski (Juckes) and children Debbi (Doug) Smith, Murray (Natalia) Gillis, Dale (Kathy) Gillis, Joe (Char) Gillis, Terry (Nicole) Sylvester and Kent (Kim) Sylvester as well as many grandchildren. Our beloved mother requested no memorial service. Cremation will be at Edmonton Crematorium. Condolences can be sent to murraygillis@hotmail.com.
