SHUGG, Margaret S. (nee Brown) In hospital surrounded by her family on January 3, 2006. Dear wife of the late O.J.W. Shugg. Loving mother of Alan (Carolyn) of Edmonton, Catherine Stein and Margaret Shugg of Ottawa. Beloved grandmother of Christopher Stein, Sarah (David), Nicolai, Rebecca Davidson and Christopher Shugg. Cherished sister of Ruth Butt (Bill). Predeceased by sister Eleanor "Bus" Ellis and brothers A.G. and George Brown. At the age of 89, she was the honoured and well-loved matriarch of a large extended family and a beloved friend of many. A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Margaret's life will be held at Kingsway United Church, 630 Island Park Drive, Ottawa on Saturday, January 21st at 1 p.m. followed by a time of refreshments and sharing. Interment will take place in Alvinston Cemetery in the spring. Donations in memory of Margaret to the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus Auxiliary - Remembrance Fund, Kingsway United Church or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
