Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret Mary Uhl, 90, Hacienda del Rio, who died Wednesday at Oceanview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Entombment of her cremated remains will immediately follow in Sea Pines Memorial Gardens. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Uhl lived many years in Babylon, N.Y., before moving to Hagerstown, Md., where she lived for 19 years before coming to this area in 1992. A retired administrator for the Union Free School District in Babylon, Mrs. Uhl was a member of St. Gerard's Mission Church, Edgewater and a member of the Hacienda bridge players group. Survivors include her husband, Wilbur; two sons, Michael, Walpole, Maine, and Thomas, Ocean, N.J.; two daughters, Barbara Uhl, Fishkill, N.Y., and Margaret E. Samoore, Jacksonville, Ill.; sister, Virginia DiLaura, Boynton Beach; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
