ANGUS, Margaret Mary On December 30, 2011, Margaret Mary Angus, widow of lan, daughter of the late Kathleen Easter and Dougal Stuart Bankier. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, October 2, 1920, survived by her eight children, Mamie, Ian and his wife Helen, Tookie and his wife Helen, Susan McKee, Elizabeth Hammerberg and her husband Soren, Hamish and his wife Gonda, Sandy, Sally Born and her husband Bruno; by her 21 grandchildren, Kinnersley and Liberty Craig (Matthew Meanchoff) and Georgia Harper (Matthew Harper), Emily and Jeffrey Angus, Amy (Dan Schwartz) and Hamish Angus, Angus & Bella McKee, Tobin (Sue), Anders and Christian Hammerberg, Rosalind (Will McQueen), Hayley & Cecelia Angus, Geordie, Spencer and Julia Angus, Elsie (Colin Smith). Lucy and Sasha Born; by her 4 great-grandchildren, Sophie, Lucas, Charlotte and Billy; and by her dear companion Hans Jacob Scheel. Mum lived a full and active life, marked by dignity and a generosity of spirit. We admired her strength, intelligence and kindness. All of us who knew her were fortunate.
