MARLBOROUGH Margaret M. (Naughton) Lyons, 71, of Marlborough, formerly of Dorchester, died at home, Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. She leaves her husband of 49 years, William C. Lyons; her children, William F. Lyons of Hubbardston, Laura M. Olivo of Hudson, Michael J. Lyons of Gardner and Julie A. Maurice of Marlborough; grandchildren, Christopher Olivo, Anthony Olivo, Kelly Olivo, Samantha Maurice and Richard Maurice; siblings, John Naughton of Dorchester, Eileen Weaver of Marlborough and Robert Naughton of Malden. She was the sister of the late Mary Hurley, Patricia Raymond and Joseph Naughton. She was born in Dorchester, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Rogers) Naughton, and had lived in Marlborough for the past 45 years. She was a 1955 graduate of Dorchester High School and a former member of the Marlborough Junior Women's Club. She was a homemaker who dearly loved her family, who always came first in her life. The funeral will take place Monday, Nov. 24, at 9 a.m., at the John P. Rowe Funeral Home Inc., 57 Main St., Marlborough, with a funeral Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Matthias Church, 409 Hemenway St., Marlborough. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery in Hudson. Calling hours are Sunday, Nov. 23, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home.
