Margaret Johnson ROEBUCK, SC-- Mrs. Margaret Anderson Johnson, 83, wife of Mr. Claude Johnson, Jr., of 198 Pineridge Road, Roebuck, SC, died at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 after a long illness. She was a native of Spartanburg County, SC, daughter of the late Lee and Annie Mae Gray Anderson. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Roebuck, SC, with Gad's Recycling Ministry. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Walker of Moore, SC, Mrs. Marilyn Smith of Cowpens, SC, and Ms. Rita Johnson of the home; four sons, Mr. Kenneth Johnson and Mr. Tommie Johnson, both of the home, Mr. Tommy Anderson of Jersey City, NJ and Mr. Claude Johnson, III of Spartanburg, SC; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
