<!-- FH = HODGES FAMILY FUNERAL HOME -->JOHNSON, Margaret Lee, 91, of Dade City, Fla., passed away Sunday, August 28, 2011, after a three month stay at Royal Oaks Nursing Center. She was born November 16, 1919, in Dayton, Ohio. Her parents were Violet and Earl Wagenfeld. She worked as a telephone operator in Dayton, then after moving to Florida, was employed at Williams Department store, McCrory's 5 and 10 Cent store, and for approximately 20 years as a secretary/bookkeeper at Pasco High School. She was an avid genealogist, having compiled a thorough history of both the Johnson and Wagenfeld families as far back as into the 1700s. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Abner Johnson; a brother, Earl Wagenfeld Jr.; and a sister, Betty Engle. She is survived by a sister, Eunice Wisniewski of Rochester, N.Y., and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, anyone who wishes to do so may make a donation in Margaret's memory to Pasco/Hernando hospice or Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.
