MARTIN, Margaret Jean - It is with great sadness for having lost her and yet a great sense of having been blessed with the presence and life of Margaret in the world from January 12, 1928 to March 9, 2012. Margaret passed away peacefully at Georgian Bay General Hospital on Friday in her 85th year. Margaret, predeceased by her loving husband Wilfred, will be sadly missed by her children David Ellis Martin (Hélène Perreault), Paul W. Martin and The Reverend Linda J. Martin (David Cummins). Margaret will be lovingly r emembered by her sister Marion Saint (Everett), by her grandchildren Michael Cummins (Rosalia) and Jennifer Cummins- Barry (Dean), by her great- grandchildren Christian Michael Cummins and Abbygail Jennifer Cummins-Barry, by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Margaret was a loving Mom to "Tash" and is now a heavenly partner with "Ru", past family and Jesus. Margaret is predeceased by her parents John Wilmont Ellis and Nerta Jean Rutledge and by her brother Jack. Family and friends will be received at Carson Funeral Homes - JH Lynn Chapel, 290 First Street, Midland, 705-526-6551, on Friday, March 16, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of the life of Margaret Jean Martin will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 2 o'clock at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church (95 Jephson Street, Victoria Harbour) with The Reverend Donna Scott presiding. Donations in memory of Margaret can be made to her beloved Church St. Paul's Presbyterian and would be appreciated by the family.
