Casey, MargaretMargaret F. Wargo Casey, age 80, of Stratford, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015. Born and raised in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Gustive and Margaret Fitzgerald Wargo, she had been a lifelong Bridgeport resident before moving to Stratford 8 years ago. Mrs. Casey had worked in the Admitting Department for St. Vincent's Medical Center for over 24 years until her retirement. She enjoyed her career and helping people. Margaret liked caring for her home, especially while decorating for the holidays. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her sons, Arthur Casey III, of Stratford and Michael Casey Sr., and his wife, Mandy, of Trumbull and leaves behind her cherished grandson, Michael Casey Jr., as well as several cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 am DIRECTLY at St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford with burial to follow in Mt. Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Arrangements in the care of the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home. Margaret's family would like to extend their deepest thanks and gratitude to the staff of St. Vincent's 9 North and 6 North, as well as Lord Chamberlain Rehabilitation Center for their compassionate support and care of Margaret.
