Margaret Casey, née en 1924, conjointe de Evan Casey, fille de Albert et Edna, est décédée le 25 juin 2008 à l'âge de 84 ans.
CASEY, Margaret Leah March 3, 1924 - June 25, 2008 Marg passed away suddenly at the age of 84. She loved the prairies, living her life in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta. Marg was an active volunteer. She was the recipient of the Canada Volunteer Award Certificate of Merit in recognition of valuable service in improving the health and well-being of Canadians. Among her many volunteer accomplishments, she served as President of the Edmonton Arthritis Association, was a Board member of the Alberta Arthritis Society and worked as a long time volunteer for the Royal Alexandra Womens' Auxiliary. Marg saw the best in all she met and loved unconditionally. She will be forever missed by her loving husband Evan, two sons and one daughter Linda (Tom) O'Leary of Edmonton, Tom (Michele) Casey of Edmonton and Don (Leslie) Casey of Southlake, Texas. Seven grandchildren, Maura (Doug), Simon, Ryan, Brett, Laura, Claire and Evan and two great-grandchildren Thaea and Thomas; her sister Anne Amey of Almonte, sisters-in-law Gertude Watkins of White Rock and Marg Watkins of Guelph and many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Albert and Edna Watkins and brothers Albert, Jim and George.
