McQUEEN Margaret C. (nee McCarthy), of Clifton, died on May 25, 2009 at the age of 93.Born in Paterson on August 5, 1916, Mrs. McQueen had lived in Clifton for sixty-seven years. She was a homemaker and was a parishioner of St. Brendan RC Church in Clifton.Mrs. McQueen was preceded in death by her husband, Philip John; by her son, Philip John; as well as by seven brothers: John, Thomas, Charles, Edward, Robert, Peter and Michael and by five sisters: Helen, Catherine, Mary, Rita and Veronica.She is survived by her daughter, Patricia McQueen; by her granddaughter, Karen McQueen; and by her daughter-in-law, Janice McQueen, all of Clifton.Funeral services will be Saturday 11:15 AM from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton and 12 noon at St. Brendan R.C. Church, cor. Crooks and Lakeview Avenues, Clifton. Private cremation to follow. Visiting Friday from 4-8 PM only.
