Maphra retired from American Enka Corporation. She was an active member of the Senior Meal Center at First Baptist Church, Weaverville. She was the daughter of the late K.M. Hensley and Lillie Hubbard Hensley.Surviving are her son, Steve Hensley and wife Rita O'Neil of Largo, Fla., and numerous extended family members.Her memorial service will be held at 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church, Weaverville, in conjunction with the Senior Meal Program. Mrs. Bo Hurst will officiate.
