-->Mae Sue McCraw Hill CHERRYVILLE, NC-- Mrs. Mae Sue McCraw Hill, 66, formerly of Gaffney, SC, died Saturday, February 9, 2008, at Century Care of Cherryville, NC. Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson "A.J." McCraw and the late Elizabeth "Lizzie" Odell Waddell McCraw. She was a homemaker and member of Northside Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, David Thomas of Gaffney, SC, Eddie Thomas of Grover, SC, and Paul Duncan of Gaffney, SC; three daughters, Anne Shehan, Karen Reynolds, and Tammy Parris, all of Gaffney, SC; three sisters, Jeanette Emory of Mayo, SC, Frances Huskey of Cowpens, SC, and Betty Anderson of Spartanburg, SC; two brothers, Charles McCraw of Pauline, SC and Joe McCraw of Spartanburg, SC; twenty grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Albert McCraw and John McCraw, her former husband, Amos Hill, and her husband, Herbert Duncan. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home at Fredrick Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens. The family is at their respective homes. Arrangements are entrusted to Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home at Frederick Memorial Gardens.
