Mae Hall Duncan, 91, Palmetto, died April 3, 2003. She was born Feb. 18, 1912, in Russellville, Ky., and came to Palmetto in 1930 from there. She was a legal secretary for State Attorney W.M. Smiley and Circuit Judge W.T. Harrison. She was a charter member of the National Secretary Association and was active in the Girl Scouts. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Palmetto. Survivors include a daughter, Diana E. Pittman of Tampa; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, with a service to follow at 11 a.m., at Kicliter Funeral Home, Palmetto. Burial will be in Palmetto City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Florida Baptist Children's Home, 1015 Sykes Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33815.
