ST. ONGE, Madeleine 91 years, peacefully, on July 6, 2006 at Heron Terrace. Born March 1, 1915 at Montreal, P.Q. Predeceased by her parents Alexis and Delvina (nee Ouellette) and her 12 siblings. Most cherished and beloved aunt of Andre and Carol Prince, Anne Marie and Dave Hebert, all of Tecumseh; the late Fr. Gerard Prince; Robert Prince, of McGregor; Roger and Margaret Prince, of Kingsville and will be lovingly remembered by numerous other nieces and nephews in Montreal and the U.S.A. Especially loved and will be greatly missed by many great-nieces and nephews. Madeleine was a former manager of Hi-Ho Restaurants and was a past employee of the Hotel Dieu Coffee Shop. Special thanks to the staff of Heron Terrace for their love and excellent care and for the friendship of many residents. Visiting Sunday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (519-735-2830). Parish prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be held on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to Church of the Atonement for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Clare Coleman will be the celebrant. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In kindness, a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Madeleine St. Onge in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 24, 2006. All are welcome.
