Morgan F. Smith was born in Yonkers, Nov. 4,1928. He died Sept. 2nd in Hagerstown, MD, from complications suffered in a car accident. He has been a resident of Bonita Springs, FL since 1992. He was born to Margaret Findlay and Morgan Smith. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Isaline Hudson (Lynn); a son, Hudson, of Roswell, GA; daughter Dale Malkames, living in Lakeville, CT and six grandchildren. Morgan attended the University of North Carolina, was in the Marine Corps at the end of WWII and the Korean War. He was in sales and marketing for Jules Racine Co, Inc. in NYC where he became president and owner of the firm for 20 years. After selling his business he joined Audemars Piguet Watch Company, where he was in sales and marketing for ten years. He was active in the Greenville Community Reformed Church in Scarsdale for 30 years. He attended the First Presbyterian Church in Bonita Springs after retiring in 1992. Morgan was an elder in the Reformed Church in America and the Presbyterian Church, USA. He was a member of the 24K Club, City of New York, was active in scouting in Scarsdale, volunteered at the emergency room at Naples North Collier Hospital for 15 years and was fundraiser chairman for the auxiliary there. He volunteered at the Joanne's House Hospice for several years. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father, thoughtful of others and interested in their welfare. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greenville Community Reformed Church, 270 Ardsley Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 or Joanne's House Hospice, 27200 Imperial Parkway, Bonita Springs, FL. 34135. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs on Sept. 18th at 10AM.
