LEWIS, MICHAEL MURPHY, A funeral service for Mr. Michael Murphy Lewis of Mt. Dora, FL who died on Sunday November 17, 2002 will be held at a time to be announced on Thursday, November 21, 2002 at the First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Dora. Interment to follow in Pine Forest Cemetery, Mount Dora. Visitation will be held from 2-5PM and from 7-9PM on Wednesday November 20, 2002 at the Allen J. Harden Funeral Home, 1800 N. Donnelly St, Mount Dora, FL. Mr. Lewis moved to Mount Dora in 1997 from Orlando. He was employed by The Country Club of Mt. Dora and was a student at Mount Dora High School. He was also a member of The First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Dora. He is survived by his Mother & Stepfather; Ruth and William Kobosky of Mt. Dora, Father & Stepmother; Francis and Cecilia Lewis of Barrow, FL; Grandparents; Frances and Carl Kobosky of DeBary, FL and Mary J. 'Sis' Aiple of Mount Dora, FL, Great-Aunt; Betty Huegel of Mount Dora, FL, two half Brothers and many relatives and dear friends In Lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Susan G.
