Michael Ellis Davis 59 of Cape Coral and Fort Myers passed away Sept 4, 2010. Mr. Davis was a Florida Native born July 2, 1951 in Arcadia, Florida the son of Damon & Gladys Albritton Davis. He was a member of Cape Coral Community Church and a 1969 graduate of Cypress Lake High School. He was a referee with the Lee County Football League from 1975 to 1990. Mr. Davis attended Edison College on a Baseball Scholarship and for the past 21 years was co-owner of Davis & Rose Inc. which owns 3 dry cleaning companies locally.Mr. Davis is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Nancy Lineberger Davis of Cape Coral, a son Michael Pelham of Houston, TX; 2 sisters Marie Talcott of Ft. Myers and Nelda Paulk of Cape Coral; 1 brother James Davis of Ft. Myers and 2 grandchildren Nicholas & Zachary Pelham of Houston, TX.Family will receive friend Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Harvey-Engelhardt Chapel, 1600 Colonial Blvd. with a prayer service to follow conducted by Fr.
