ST. ONGE, Merine (Merts)Toronto Blue Jays have lost their biggest fan. Passed away peacefully on August 6, 2014, at the age of 88. Resident of Tilbury Manor and former resident of Season's, Belle River. Loving wife of the late Lawrence (1987). Beloved mother of Edna (Henry), Larry (Debbie), Mary, Sheila (Bob), Deborah (Tim), K Michael and Brian. Dear grandma and GG of many grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Predeceased by her children Norman and Robert, her parents Nelson and Frebonie Deslaurier, her siblings Joe, Omer, Wilfred, Charles, Margaret, Rose Marie and Delia. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the nursing staff at Chatham Hospital's P.C.U. and to the staff at Tilbury Manor. As per Merine's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Torino's Banquet Hall, 12049 Tecumseh Rd. W., Tecumseh (519-735-2522), on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 12:00 noon. Arrangements entrusted to the Cremation Service of Windsor (519-735-3097).In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation. GO JAYS!
