GREEN, MARY LOUISE, 80, of Louisville, died Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at the Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. She was a native of Meridian, MS. During World War II she worked for the old Naval Ordnance, she retired from the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of Shively Baptist Church, the young at hearts club and the church choir, she also was a member of AARP, and the Retired Federal Employees. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary F. and Joseph W. Green, and a sister, Barbara Jean Green. Survivors include nephews, Joe Magruder and George Magruder; a niece, Katherine McCallen; and other nieces, nephews and great nieces and great-nephews. Her funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Thursday, and after 9 a.m. Friday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Shively Baptist Church.
