MRS. MARY ELLEN WELCH EDWARDS 1919-2002 Graveside services for Mrs. Mary Ellen Welch, age 82, of Alexander City will be Thursday, January 3, 2002 at Alexander City. Rev. Larry Turner will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, January 3, 2002 from from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney's Funeral Home. Mrs. Edwards died January 1, 2002 at her residence. She was born January 3, 1919 in Tallapoosa County to Earnest Daniel and Eliza Bush Stanford Welch. Mrs. Edwards is survived by her nieces, Anne Reeves Davis of Tennessee, Beppy LeCroy Tiller of Montgomery and a special friend, Wendy Price of Alexander City. The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 64 Court Square, Alexander City, Alabama 35010. Radney's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
