LEE, Mary E. Our precious Mother and Nana, Mary E. Lee, passed away Friday May 16, 2008, at Highland Pines Nursing Home, Clearwater under the care of Hospice Teal Team. She was born Feb. 21, 1921, to James and Vergie Findley in Charleston WVA. She moved to the Clearwater area in 1956. She is predeceased by William Felix Lee, her beloved husband, Jackson Ronald Lee, her beloved son, brother, James Findley, and sister, Lois Cannon. Survivors are her loving daughters, Joan Rose Lee Sever and husband Moses Eason Sever, Palm Harbor, Alice Lorain Lee Blankenship and husband Malcom Eugene Blankenship, Clearwater; grandchildren, Robert Eugene Blankenship, Orlando, David Lee Blankenship, Satellite Beach, Tracy Lynn Blankenship Bender and husband Michael Bender, Pitman, NJ, Mark Eason Sever, Highlands Ranch, CO, Dr. Brion Scott Sever, New York City; & great-granddaughter, Tristyn Lee Blankenship, Orlando. After retiring at the age of 62 from the J.C. Penny Store, Clearwater, she began to do oil painting which gave her great pleasure and new friends. Along with her loving memories, the family will treasure her paintings which she so graciously gave to them. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Suncoast Florida Chapter of the Polycystic Kidney Foundation, Kansas City, Mo. A Celebration of Life service will be Monday 11 am, with visitation one hour prior at: Moss Feaster Funeral Home 693 S. Belcher Rd. Clearwater 727-562-2070
