ANDERSON, MARGARET MCCALLUM, 79, of Winter Springs, left this life as gracefully as she had lived it, surrounded by family and friends on November 8, 2005. She was born on May 11, 1926, in New Jersey to Dr. Arthur and Josephine McCallum. She moved to Sanford in 1964 where she worked for HRS until she retired in 1988. While still at HRS, in 1979, she and friends formed Creative Properties, and in 1992, at the age of 66, Paine-Anderson Properties was formed, where she worked as property manager and real estate broker until her passing. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her brother, Dr. James (Cathy) McCallum of Washington, and her sister, Anne McCoy of Virginia, her daughters, Leslie Dowlen, Anne Peterson, and Michelle Svoboda, her grandchildren, Bruce (Tina) Dowlen, Ian (Lucy) Kanady, Lauren (Steve) Hobson, Sandy Peterson and Jocelyn Sprinzl, and her great grandchildren, Chandler and Chase Dowlen, Ian and Abby Kanady, Caden Peterson and Hunter, Zachary and Logan Hobson, and best friend and business partner, Karen Paine-Malcolm. The memorial service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2005, 11AM at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 401 S. Park Avenue, Sanford, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Grove Counseling Center, 583 E.
