VAN HORN, MARGARET HENDERSON 95 of Pinson, Alabama passed away on May 9, 2012 in Winter Park, FL. Mrs. Van Horn was born May 8, 1917 in Wylam, AL to Lura Henderson and James Edward Henderson. She was married to James Harmon Van Horn in San Antonio, TX on Dec. 14, 1936. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt. She is survived by her son James Edward Van Horn and his wife, Jane, her grandchildren, Sonya Van Horn and Shawn Acheson, Barbara Van Horn and Dan Helman, David and Sharon Bird, her great-granddaughter, Stacy Helman, her brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Maxine Wade and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harmon Van Horn, her daughter, Mary Van Horn Bird, her brothers, Wallace Henderson, James Henderson and George Wade and her sisters, Agnes Hardin and Lora Flanagan. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Marvin's Chapel, Pinson, AL. >
