Margaret Elizabeth "Beth" Miller, age 46, died suddenly at her Palm Coast, FL home on August 24, 2010. Born on Nov. 24, 1963 in Charleston, SC. She was raised there by her parents John and Margaret Knight, who are currently residing in Daytona Beach. She graduated from Summerville-HS in 1982 and went on to attend colleges in Florida and South Carolina. Until recently she was married to her husband of 23 years, Andrew L Miller of St. Mary's, GA. Together they created a beautiful daughter, Sydney Elizabeth, now 19, a college student in Valdosta, GA. Beth has traveled throughout the US and lived in South Carolina, Virgina, Florida and Georgia with her husband and child. She was employed in the retail industry before becoming disabled, becoming a homemaker thereafter. She was a Baptist church member in Valdosta, was baptized under the eyes of God in 2007. Beth is remembered for her giving nature; love for tanning, the beach, and cooking. She quickly made friends wherever she went. She loved and lived her life for Sydney as her daughter grew up and was especially proud of Sydney's accomplishments performing nationally in the Lowndes HS - Georgia Bridgemen Marching Band. As a child, Beth's favorite saying was "love is a new pair of shoes". Beth is survived by her and her husband's family members to include; three brothers and sisters, parents-in-law, aunts and uncles, and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, 28 August 2010 at Dale Woodward Funeral Home, 1780 Ocean Shore Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32176. A sea-side service of remembrance will take place on the beach immediately following the service.
