Mrs. Carter was preceded indeath by her husband, Melvin Jackson Carter, parentsThad and Viola Dunn, brothers, Horace and Billy Dunn,and son-in-law Carl Hovatter.She is survived by daughters,Donna Carter (Derrell) Morrison of Trussville, AL, CherryCarter Hovatter of Griffin, GA;step-granddaughters, AngelaHovatter and Pamela Bays;step-great grandsons, Jonathan and Jeremy Bays; sisters,Thelma Rigsby, Melba Dickinson; brother, Wayne Dunnand several nieces andnephews.
