She is survived by her children, Lorie Davis, Chuck Davis, Cathy Fairbanks; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; sister, Pat Thompson; brother and sister-in-law, Keith and Karla Bradley; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Lynne was appointed a Town of Owego Councilwomen in 2006 and has worked diligently on the town's behalf throughout the past 7 years. Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with the Rev. Richard Schaal, officiating.
