LYNDA M. MARTIN Lynda M. Martin, 45, of LaSalle, Ill., died Friday, May 25,2007, at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Fla., while vacationing with her family and friends. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2007 at St. Valentine' s Church in Peru, Ill., with the Rev. Philip Davey, O.S.B., officiating. Burial will be at St. Vincent' s Cemetery in LaSalle, Ill. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 30, 2007 and 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a. m., Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Hurst Funeral Home in LaSalle. A Rosary will be recited at 4:45 p.m., on Wednesday. Mrs. Martin was born in LaSalle on January 10, 1962, to Charles and Barbara K. Saeger Moriarity. She married Jeff Martin in St. Valentine' s Church on March 22, 1980. Mrs. Martin worked at John' s North Star in LaSalle for 18 years and most recently was employed at North Central Behavioral Health Systems. She was the CCD Coordinator for 30 years at St. Valentine Church in Peru, Ill. and her generosity continues through her support to LifeLinks Organ Transplant Foundation. Lynda is survived by her husband, Jeff of LaSalle; daughter, Stacy (Joe) Savitch of LaSalle; sons, Nick and Jake Martin, both at home; her mother, Barbara M. Moriarity of Lake Placid, Fla.; brother, Robert (Lisa) Moriarity of Lake Placid, Fla.; sister Carrie (Greg) Loebach of Spring Valley, Ill., and paternal grandmother Margaret (Moriarity) Genovese of Lake Placid, Fla. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles "Chuck" Moriarity, paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. Memorials may be directed to the family, in the name of Lynda Martin.
