LULA MAE BONNER JONESMrs. Lula Mae Bonner Jones, age 84, of Pensacola, FL passed away Saturday, March 29, 2008.Lula Mae was born in Pineapple, Alabama to Jim & Nellie Bonner.Lula Mae was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, Lil Willie & Ludie (L.J.) Jenkins.She leaves to cherish her precious memories one daughter, Bessie McDonald, six grandchildren, Willie (Sarah) McDonald, Shonda McDonald, and Jessica Nettles of Pensacola, Donna and Karen Jenkins of Brooklyn, New York and Tony Atwood of Johnstown, PA; one sister-in-law, Bertha Bonner of Pensacola, FL; one daughter-in-law, Jessie Jenkins of Mobile, AL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Johns Divine Baptist Church with Rev. Richard L. Hines officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.The family would like to give special thanks to Convenant Hospice and the 5th floor (Nurses & Staff) of Sacred Heart Hospital.
