AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Louise Simmons, 79, of Friar Lane entered into rest Monday, August 31, 2009 at her residence. The memorial service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Saturday, September 5 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses located at 2105 Boykin Rd. Hephzibah, Ga. Mrs. Louise Simmons was born January 14, 1930 to Sheppard and Mayzulla Kearse in Ola, South Carolina. She attended Brooklyn New York Public Schools. Mrs. Louise Simmones was also a homemaker. She was married to the late Mack Simmons, from this union she leaves behind three children, Yvonne (Larry) McBride, Todd (Lynette) Simmons, and Daren (Janice) Simmons; 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
