PETERS _ Louise Mary passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord in her 83rd year, December 1, 2002 with her family by her side. She is survived by her husband Henry to whom she was married 62 years; her daughter Doreen and Hank Weibe; and 4 sons, Ron and Isobel Peters, Roy and Debbie Peters, Rick and Wendy Terry, and Stan Peters. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Scott, Sean, David, Colleen, Janice, Brian, Donny, Gordon, Leah, Laura and Neil and 6 great-grandchildren, Sheree, Chantelle, Curtis, Nathan, Michael and Tyler. Also survived by sisters-in-law Martha Friesen and Mary Friesen. Louise was born February 10th, 1919 in Altenau, Ukraine and at age 7 immigrated to Canada with parents David and Helen Friesen, settling in Yarrow, BC. Louise married Henry in 1940, and after raising 5 children became a businesswoman. A viewing will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford BC on Sunday, December 8th, 2002 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and Monday, December 9th, 2002 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9th, 2002 at Bakerview M.B.
