Louise Mildred Smith, age 94, of Russellville, Ala., died Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at National Health Care in Moulton.She was a lifetime resident of this area and member of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Leighton.The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Leighton. The body will lie in state before the service from 1-2 p.m. Officiating will be Brother Thomas Thornton, Brother Sam Wallace and Brother Bobby Amos. Burial will follow in Old Bethel Cemetery. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.Survivors include son, Harold Wayman Smith, Hatton, Ala.; daughter, Carolyn Smith Berryman and husband, Gilbert, Old Bethel community; sister, Annie Lee Smith, Mount Hope, Ala.; brother, Eldon Smith, Dearborn, Mich.; grandchildren, Jerry Berryman and wife, Dianne, Glenda Garrett and husband, Joe, Tina Lane, Kristi Gresham and husband, Cade, Brandon Smith, Bradley Smith; five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by husband, Montie Ellis Smith, and brothers, James, Neil, Harland, Clark and Lester Smith.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church Building Fund or your favorite charity.
