Louise H. Williams GREER, SC-- Louise Hamby Williams, 88, widow of Arvil James Williams, Jr., died December 13, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Homer E. and Edna Bryant Hamby, she was a retired employee of Lyman Printing and Finishing and a member of Liberty Hill United Methodist Church. Surviving is one son, Arvil James (Buddy) Williams, III of Greer; one daughter, Joan (Sue) W. McSwain of Duncan; five grandchildren, Tammy, Sonya, Erica, Brandy and Amanda and thirteen great-grandchildren. Mrs. Williams was predeceased by a daughter, Kathy W. Harris, a sister Ruby H. Lister and a grandson, Bobby Harris. Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Daniel Bryant. Burial will follow in Liberty Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday at Wood Mortuary The family is at the home.
