She attended the Beaufort County public schools. She was a member of St. Stephens A.M.E. Church, where she served as a member of the Stewardess Board, Missionary Society and the Willing Workers Club. Survivors: three daughters, Margaret W. Jones, Mary Prescott "Richard", and Juanita Williams all of Hardeeville, SC; two sons, Robert Williams of Hardeeville SC, and Arnold Williams of Savannah; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Jessie Mae Ferguson of Hardeeville SC; brother, Perry Ford of Philadelphia, PA. Funeral Services: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, at St. Stephens A.M.E. Church, Main Street Hardeeville, SC. Burial: Pelote Cemetery.
